Premier Business Partner
of IBM products and services
Overview
Tectight Enterprise Technologies is a Premier Business Partner of IBM products and services. The company holds extensive professional certifications for the eServer platforms (System p and System x), IBM enterprise storage solutions, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and VMware. The ongoing recertification program ensures that all staff has the necessary knowledge and experience to propose, implement and manage the ideal solution to meet the client’s business goals and objectives.
Our service offerings are fully customised to meet the client’s individual needs. Invariably we are initially brought on to meet a client’s immediate need or pain point. Once this has been addressed the client sees the benefits of partnering with Tectight and over time the partnership grows into other areas where Tectight is able to add value. At a high level the services offered include the following:
Architecture & Design Services
Architecture and design is fundamental to ensuring that the solution provided meets the client’s current needs while catering for long-term growth. Mistakes in this area typically significantly impact the client’s ROI. The Tectight team of experts is able to provide customised client specific solutions to cater for their unique business requirements and budget.
Installation & Implementation Services
Tectight’s offering in this area assists the client to shorten the time required to plan, implement and deploy new technology correctly first time. Unless your installation & implementation team are true specialists the probability of implementing a non-ideal solution is huge and this often becomes impossible to rectify while systems are in production. Get it right first time is the only approach that should be taken with any project.
Maintenance & Support Services
Through proactive management and conformance to industry recognised best practice standards, Tectight is able to ensure optimal performance, stability and availability of the client’s environment. Depending on the client’s requirements these are offered via dedicated onsite resources, syndicated onsite resources and/or remote support. Typically services are provided through a combination of onsite and remote support, as this reduces risk to the client, costs & response times.
